Without any disrespect to the people of catholic faith, I have to say that some of the things the Pope represented are not exactly according to my values as a human being. Take birth-control as an example - how much misery and unwanted pregnancies - not to even mention AIDS - could be avoided in the third-world countries if church would allow people to use condoms?

Anyway, lets try to keep this site free from politics. My condolences to all you catholics out there - John Paul II obviously ment a lot to you.
